Terms of use

The service

Vendor Sales Engine is online software from PrimeClientFlow ([registered company name, RC number, address]) that helps a business record leads, follow-ups, quotes, invoices, payments, orders and stock.

Price and payment

₦9,900 for one month or ₦99,000 for twelve months, paid in advance through Paystack. There is no free trial and nothing is charged automatically: access ends at the end of the period unless you pay again. Founding members (the first 50 paying businesses) keep their price while they stay members without a break.

Refunds: [decide and state the refund policy here].

Your account

You are responsible for your sign-in and for the people you invite. Your plan includes you and one staff account.

Your customers and messages

You decide what you record about your customers, and you must have a lawful reason to do so, including their consent before sending them marketing messages. Messages are sent from your own WhatsApp; you are responsible for what you send.

Your records

Your records belong to you. You can download them at any time. If your membership ends, you can still view your records for [period]; after that they may be deleted on request or after [period].

What we don’t promise

The software helps you organise and follow up. It does not guarantee sales. We work to keep it available, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

Changes and contact

We will tell you before making important changes to these terms. Questions: [support email / WhatsApp number].

Privacy notice

This notice follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect, and why

Who processes it

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a member, then [period], unless the law requires longer (for example payment records).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information, or object to marketing, by contacting [contact]. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
