Schedule follow-up drafts for customers who agreed to hear from you. This staging build prepares drafts only — no WhatsApp or email messages are sent.
1Automation settings
Turn on scheduled drafts for leads who genuinely agreed to be contacted. Actual automated messaging needs an authorized provider and separate activation.

All follow-ups are prepared for review. Even with scheduling on, no messages leave Vendor Sales Engine in staging. External provider charges are not included in the membership.
2Add a customer
For this staging test, use fictional contact details. In real use, leads arrive through an authorized WhatsApp/CRM or website-form connection.
Prepared and scheduled follow-ups
Check when each follow-up is due, open the prepared draft in WhatsApp, tap Send, and confirm here. Stop future follow-ups when someone replies or opts out.
Scheduled items become “Ready for review” during the background draft run. No outbound provider is configured.
